Job Title: Senior Product Manager AI and Machine Learning
Location: Dublin Hybrid
Salary: 105-110K DOE plus full benefits

Overview
Hiring on behalf of a large-scale SaaS organisation seeking a senior Product Manager to lead AI and Machine Learning initiatives across their platform. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data science and user experience, driving the development of intelligent features that enhance automation, analytics and decision support for global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the product vision and roadmap for AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Partner with engineering, data science, UX and commercial teams to deliver AI-driven capabilities
• Conduct market research, analyse user behaviour and define product requirements
• Shape and ship Generative AI features that improve automation and insight generation
• Deliver PRDs, user stories, metrics frameworks and go-to-market inputs
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product leadership across the organisation
• Ensure ethical AI standards including fairness, transparency and privacy
• Track product performance, adoption, and quality outcomes

Requirements
• 5+ years plus in product management within SaaS, with hands-on AI and Machine Learning experience
• Strong knowledge of AI tooling, data infrastructure and applied ML use cases
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross functional teams
• Experience delivering large scale AI features from research to launch
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-led decisions
• Comfortable working onsite three days per week in Dublin
• Technical background preferred: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar
